Who we are

Suday Properties (“Suday Properties”, “we”, “us”) operates residential, commercial and industrial rental property in Del Rio, Texas, along with Villa Bonita, Los Milagros Ranch and KDLK 94.1. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the property or service you’re asking about, and anything you write in a form or say on a call — including rental applications, maintenance requests, and event or hunt inquiries.
Tenant and account information. If you rent from us, we hold lease information, unit and occupancy details, payment history, and records of maintenance requests and work performed.
Call and message records. We keep records of calls, voicemails and text messages with our office, including notes and, where the law allows and we tell you, recordings or transcripts. These are used to run the business — dispatching repairs, confirming bookings, and keeping an accurate account of what was agreed.
Basic site information. Standard web server logs and, if enabled, aggregate analytics about which pages are visited. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry and show you property.
To process applications, leases, renewals and payments.
To log maintenance requests and dispatch a technician or vendor to the property.
To confirm bookings at Villa Bonita and Los Milagros Ranch and to schedule advertising on KDLK.
To contact you about your tenancy, an open unit you asked to be told about, or a service you requested.
To meet our legal, tax, insurance and fair-housing obligations.

Automated calls, texts and AI assistance

Some calls to and from our office are handled or assisted by an automated phone system, and we may use automated systems to send appointment, maintenance and scheduling messages. These systems work on our behalf and are subject to this policy. You can always ask to speak to a person, and we will connect you during business hours.

Consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not a condition of renting from us, applying for a unit, booking an event or buying advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:

Maintenance technicians, contractors and vendors, limited to what they need to do the work.
Service providers that run our phone, messaging, email, scheduling and record-keeping systems, under agreements that limit them to working on our behalf.
Screening, insurance, legal, accounting and banking partners where a tenancy or transaction requires it.
Law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to.

Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Tenant privacy

We do not confirm to callers whether a particular person lives at a particular address, and we do not discuss account balances, lease terms or occupancy with anyone other than the leaseholder. If you are calling about someone else’s unit, we can take a message for the office.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become a tenancy are kept only as long as they’re useful for following up. Tenant, lease, payment and maintenance records are kept for as long as the law, our insurers and our accountants require.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by calling the office or emailing info@sudayproperties.com.
Opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP. See our SMS policy.
Ask to be removed from a waitlist or marketing list at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no system is perfect. If you believe your information has been compromised, call the office immediately.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes affecting tenants will also be communicated directly.
